Our state-approved 12-hour Alcohol Education Program (AEP) consists of classes for those who are first-time offenders and have a mild to moderate history of alcohol use.
This program satisfies the legal and MVA requirements for an AEP. Courts and the MVA typically require an AEP program following a first arrest for DUI.
The program combines group discussions, lectures, and presentations, and is offered virtually via a 6-week program. Our curriculum covers Maryland laws, serving sizes, how to avoid high-risk situations, and unhealthy behaviors.
